  Start Time: 4:00 PM End Time: 6:00 PM This five-part class will introduce computer users to Microsoft Excel 2007, a popular spreadsheet program. Attendees will build competencies from the ground up as we explore the very basics of Excel and then progress to discuss some of the more advanced features of the software. Attendees should be comfortable using a mouse and keyboard, and should also be familiar with the basics of Microsoft Word.Part One: Intro to Excel – This class will cover the basics of Excel including formatting text, the AutoSum feature, and using the Fill Handle.Part Two: Money & Formulas – This class will cover formatting cells, currency and comma styles, copying formulas, and more.Part Three: Importing Data & Conditional Formatting – This class will cover importing financial info from the web in addition to introducing data analysis, formatting spreadsheets for the printer, and more.Part Four: Advanced Formatting Techniques – This class will cover using the format painter, rotating text, freezing columns and rows, copying ranges of info, and more.Part Five: Data Analysis – This class will cover What If analysis, Goal Seeking, and will also provide an opportunity for review.
